Ingredients

  • salmon: 500 g (fillet)
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 1 Tbsp
  • black tea: 1 tsp
  • Hot boiling water: 4 Tbsp
  • tangerine: 1 piece (large)
  • balsamic vinegar: 1 Tbsp
  • sweet pepper: 1 Tbsp (powdered)
  • oil: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic: 0.25 tsp (dried and powdered)
  • black pepper: 1 pinch
  • fennel: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • bay leaf: 8 piece
  • peppercorn: 3 piece

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the dish to have them at hand in the process of cooking

  2. Brew the tea and let it cool down a bit. While it is cooling down, wash and juice the tangerine. Mix the spices and salt in a separate bowl.

  3. Strain the tea, add soy sauce, oil, vinegar and tangerine juice. Mix everything once again.

  4. Slice the salmon fillet and dredge each piece with the spices.

  5. Take a clean glass can and put the first layer of fish on the bottom of it. Cover the fish with the bay leaves and then put the next layer of the fish. Repeat the steps until you use all the fish. Then pour marinade inside the can, cover with the lid and shake it well. Make sure the fish is covered with the marinade. Place into the fridge for the night. Do not forget to shake it well from time to time.
