- chicken breasts : 250 g
- grapefruit : 1 piece
- salad lattuce : 100 g
- chili pepper : 1 piece
- mint : 3 sprigs
- lime : 0.5 piece
- asian sesame oil : 2 Tbsp
- olive oil : 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce : 2 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Prepare the ingredients. Boil chicken or bake, cool.
Cut the fillet into thin slices. Peel grapefruit from films. Cut chili pepper into thin circles. Rinse the mint, tear off the leaves.
Mix all the ingredients for dressing: sesame and olive oil, soy sauce and lime juice.
In the salad bowl, mix the salad and mint, sprinkle lightly with dressing. Put the rest of the ingredients on top: chicken breast, grapefruit and chili pepper. Pour dressing and serve. Thai salad is ready. Bon Appetit!
