Tomato and mozzarella salad served with fresh basil and drizzled with olive oil... there's nothing better! A perfect salad alternative, especially in summer when you can get tomatoes and basil from the garden.

Ingredients

  • tomatoes: 3 piece (sliced)
  • mozzarella cheese: 8 ounces (sliced)
  • olive oil: 0.25 cup
  • balsamic vinegar: 0.25 cup
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp
  • basil: 0.25 cup (fresh; minced)
