  • tuna fish: 12 oz. (canned, in water)
  • dill: 2 Tbsp (minced)
  • bread and butter pickles: 2 Tbsp (minced)
  • red onion: 2 Tbsp (minced)
  • celery: 1 piece (organic, minced)
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.25 tsp
  • lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
  • parsley: 2 Tbsp (fresh, minced)
  • mayonnaise: 0.5 cup (homemade)
  • Dijon mustard: 0.25 tsp
  • garlic: 1 clove (small, minced)

  1. Take a deep bowl and mince the dill, red onion, parsley, bread and butter pickles, garlic and celery in it.  Season with salt, add freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients together to get a smooth mixture.
