Have you ever tasted Turkish Tomato Soup, it is really delicious, simple and substantial. It is very easy to cook, besides it is not weight gaining (if not include the toasts that may be served with soup) and can easily improve your mood.

  • garlic: 3 clove
  • sour cream: 50 g
  • water: 4 cup
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
  • tomato paste: 1 Tbsp
  • flour: 3 Tbsp
  • tomatoes: 8 piece

  1. Place tomatoes in a boiled water for 30 seconds then place in a cold water, for thus you can easily peel them.

  3. Pre-heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and add flour. Fry on a medium flame until it is golden.
