Almost any romantic dinner is complete without dessert, perhaps they should be limited to one dish, especially if you make it out of chocolate. A juicy texture, unusual flavor and ease of preparation - it's all about the Italian Chocolate Cake Caprese.
- white chocolate : 100 g
- dark chocolate : 150 g
- butter : 200 g
- egg : 6 piece
- sugar : 150 g
- almond : 150 g
- cocoa powder : 2 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Warm up the oven to 180 degrees. Oil a bottom and internal sides of a baking dish and powde it with cocoa powder. Chop the chocolate and butter into pieces and place in a bowl. Melt the mass in a microwave oven in 10 sec intervals, stirring each time. Do not overheat the mass.
Beat eggs with sugar until the mass lightens and sugar dissolves.
Grind almonds in a blender. Add together with cocoa powder to the egg mass and stir. Add the cooled chocolate mass to the dough and stir until the ingredients are combined.
Pour the dough into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
