The combination of beets with nuts, garlic, chili pepper, herbs and spices will be a great addition to your vegan diet. The snack is bright, tasty and what most importantly, very healthy.
- beet : 300 g
- garlic : 15 g
- walnuts : 150 g
- chili pepper : 10 g
- coriander leaves : 25 g
- wine vinegar : 0.5 tsp
- Powdered coriander : 0.5 tsp
Stages of cooking
Wash beets, boil until ready (it should be easily pierced with a knife) for 40 minutes.
Cool, peel the boiled beets. Cut into cubes. Grind with a blender.
Peel the garlic and press through. Chop walnuts.
Rinse the cilantro with cold water. Dry with paper towel and chop.
Combine in a bowl beets, nuts, garlic, cilantro, chili, coriander, and salt. Add vinegar, mix and chop with a blender.
Form balls or oval cutlets from a mixture, giving them an arbitrary shape.
