- hard cheese : 500 g
- white bread : 200 g
- egg : 2 piece
- Dijon mustard : 4 Tbsp
- fennel : 0.5 bunch (chopped)
- parsley : 0.5 bunch (chopped)
- onion : 1 piece (chopped)
Stages of cooking
Break the pieces of bread into crumbs, mix with chopped fennel, parsley and onion. If you wish, you can use chopper for this purpose
Cut the piece of cheese into 4 parts and place them into a freezer for a few minutes
Mix mustard with eggs and bread crumbs. Plunge each piece of cheese into the batter
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry on both sides for about 30 seconds on each side until the cheese steaks become golden.
