This salad is a combination of usual but, actually, tasty ingredients. It is nutritional and simple. You may serve it either cold or hot. It would be tasty in both cases.

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 2 pinch
  • lemon: 0.5 piece
  • garlic: 2 clove
  • bulb onion: 1 piece
  • beetroot: 3 piece (medium or small)
  • champignons: 500 g (choose any other mushrooms, up to you)

  1. Wash beet and boil it or bake in a foil, up to you.
