Excellent vegetarian and substantial soup, it is made out of vegetables, so full of vitamins. This soup is suitable for those who are keeping diet.
- greens : 1 Tbsp (per taste)
- salt : 1 tsp (per taste)
- garlic : 1 clove (optional)
- parsley root : 1 piece
- carrot : 1 piece
- onion : 1 piece
- cabbage : 250 g
- water : 1 litre
- tomatoes : 1 piece
Stages of cooking
Rinse all the vegetables and peel.
Place tomato in boiled water for 1 minute, thus it would be easier to peel it.
Make a cut and peel it.
Chop tomato and cut parsley root in half.
Slice onion and cut carrot into thin strips.
Pour water in a pan and throw in all the veggies. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes.
Now add garlic and greens. That is all.
