Excellent vegetarian and substantial soup, it is made out of vegetables, so full of vitamins. This soup is suitable for those who are keeping diet.

Ingredients

  • greens : 1 Tbsp (per taste)
  • salt : 1 tsp (per taste)
  • garlic : 1 clove (optional)
  • parsley root : 1 piece
  • carrot : 1 piece
  • onion : 1 piece
  • cabbage : 250 g
  • water : 1 litre
  • tomatoes : 1 piece

Stages of cooking

  1. Rinse all the vegetables and peel.

  2. Place tomato in boiled water for 1 minute, thus it would be easier to peel it.

  3. Make a cut and peel it.

  4. Chop tomato and cut parsley root in half.

  5. Chop cabbage.

  6. Slice onion and cut carrot into thin strips.

  7. Pour water in a pan and throw in all the veggies. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes.
