This dish is for rice-eater, it is tasty and substantial, the meat, which is commonly added to the pilaff replaced by the pick-pea. Hope you will enjoy it!
- black pepper : 1 pinch (per taste)
- paprika : 0.5 tsp (per taste)
- salt : 2 pinch (per taste)
- vegetable oil : 50 ml
- garlic : 4 clove
- onion : 100 g
- carrots : 100 g
- chickpea : 50 g
- rice : 200 g
Stages of cooking
Soak the chick-peas in cold water. It is better to do in the evening for thus you can leave it for the whole night.
Fry cut carrots and onions until they are golden.
Add rice and fry until it is transparent. Add spices and stir well.
Boil separately chick-pea for 30 minutes, then add it to the rice.
Pour water and boil till all the water would be absorbed and the rice grains would be cooked well.
