Though it is vegetarian pilaf recipe, still it is substantial and tasty. You will make it very quickly, some cook it in a slow cooker. Choose your way of cooking this Asian dish.

  • powdered red pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • butter: 3 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • barberry: 1 tsp
  • bulb onion: 1 piece
  • carrots: 2 piece (medium)
  • rice: 400 g

  1. Peel onion and carrots. Chop onion and cut carrots into strips.

  6. Pour water, so it must cover ingredients no less than 2 cm. Watch that pillaf doesn\'t get burnt. Approximately in 25 minutes it will be ready.
