This vegetarian quesadilla is easy to cook. It contains the ingredients, the prevailing amount of which is always at hand. The dish belongs to the traditional Spanish cuisine and is the ideal solution for the vegetarians, who wish to diversify their menu!


  • Armenian cracker bread : 2 piece
  • tomatoes : 1 piece (medium-sized)
  • sweet pepper : 1 piece
  • white onion : 1 piece (medium-sized)
  • garlic : 1 clove
  • fennel : 2 bunch
  • purified oil : 3 Tbsp
  • hard cheese : 50 g
