- avocado : 1 piece
- tomatoes : 4 piece
- cucumber : 1 piece
- onion : 0.5 piece
- brown bread : 4 piece
- champignons : 200 g
- salt : 1 pinch
- black pepper : 1 pinch
- lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
- olive oil : 1 Tbsp
- salad lattuce : 2 piece
Stages of cooking
Prepare guacamole: peel the avocado and remove the bone. Slice avocado and onion into large pieces. Put the avocado pulp into a blender bowl, 2 tomatoes and a half of the onion. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Grind the mass in a blender until it becomes smooth. Replace to a bowl and set aside.
Heat the frying pan and fry the mushrooms until it become golden.
Prepare pieces of bread on the frying pan or in toster.
Spread slice of bread with guacamole sauce, put tomatoes, cucumbers and lattuce salad on top.
The next layer is fried champignons.
Cover with another slice of bread and the sandwich is ready!
