If you think that donuts are only sweet, this receipt will make you change your mind. Zucchini donuts are tasty and quick to cook. Your family members will certainly like them.
- zucchini : 1 piece (small)
- hard cheese : 30 g (grated)
- flour : 200 g
- egg : 2 piece
- oil : 1 Tbsp
- salt : 0.5 tsp
- black pepper : 1 pinch
Stages of cooking
Fine grate zucchini without peeling it.
Mix eggs, flour, cheese, oil, salt and pepper.
Add grated zucchini and mix the ingredients well.
Warm oil on a frying pan and spoon the batter using a teaspoon. You can also make small balls out of the batter with wet hands. Fry the donuts on both sides.
Serve warm or cold with sour crème! Bon appétit!
