I had never made prime rib before, but this prime rib slow cooker recipe is so easy. It originated from my mother-in-law, who makes prime rib often. After a lot of research, I made a few changes and prefer my recipe with the alterations.

Ingredients

  • soy-based liquid seasoning (such as Maggi®): 0.5 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce: 0.5 cup
  • garlic: 3 clove (minced, to taste)
  • bone-in prime rib, cut and retied to the bone: 9 pound
