  • ground beef: 1 pound
  • onion: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • tomatoes with juice: 1 can (14.5 ounce can, diced)
  • long grain white rice: 0.5 cup
  • water: 0.5 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • pinch ground black pepper: 1 piece
  • cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)

  2. Place hollowed-out green peppers in a microwave-safe dish; cover and cook in microwave until bright green and steaming, about 3 minutes. Set peppers aside.
