I love pasta but it is not always the healthiest thing to have for dinner. To make this baked ziti dish a little less guilty, I use ground turkey and add a carrot to the sauce. So tasty!

Ingredients

  • ziti pasta: 1 pound
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • lean ground turkey: 1 pound
  • jars spaghetti sauce: 2 piece (26 ounce)
  • carrot: 1 piece (chopped)
  • ounces provolone cheese: 6 piece (sliced)
  • ½ cups reduced-fat sour cream: 1 piece
  • ounces mozzarella cheese: 6 piece (shredded)
  • Parmesan cheese: 2 Tbsp (grated)

Add spaghetti sauce and carrot; simmer until heated through, about 15 minutes.
