Banana pie - what can be simplier?! Very tasty, very easy to cook. Kids and grown-ups adore it. You may cook it every day. It will not take long even if you have many kids or you are very busy. Let us remind of this beloved recipe with a taste of childhood.
- flour : 250 g
- sugar : 180 g
- egg : 3 piece
- butter : 60 g
- banana : 2 piece
- vanilla sugar : 0 tsp
- baking soda : 1 tsp
Stages of cooking
Take a big bowl. Put eggs, vanilla sugar and baking soda.
Beat everything careully. You may use fork or blender, it is up to you. Using blender, all ingredients will become more fluffy in the bowl but,actually,it doesn\'t matter!
Melt butter until it becomes liquid and pour it in the bowl. Then add bananas and mix everything properly. By the way, you may add different nuts. They will bring some uncommonness to this simple pie.
Now add flour but very carefully and continue stirring ingredients. Ok, now our dough is ready to be replaced to cake tin ) Take a cake tin which should be around 20 cm in diameter. But first cover the bottom of it with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated to 170 C (340 F) degrees oven for about 45-55 minutes. This is what we\'ll have! Yummy!Give it some rest and then enjoy the exclusive taste of banana pie.
