These rosemary red potatoes are the simplest, most elegant side dish ever! This is the best way to impress company without any extra effort. Substitute 1 teaspoon dried rosemary if you do not have fresh rosemary. Bon appétit!

  • red potatoes, scrubbed and: 6 piece (cut into wedges)
  • butter: 3 Tbsp (melted)
  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
  • fresh rosemary: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • salt and pepper: 0.125 tsp (to taste)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Mix together melted butter and oil, then pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
