A moist, cake-like Irish Soda Bread that's not just for St. Paddy's Day... it's so easy and sooo delicious you'll be craving it all year 'round.

Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour: 4 cups
  • white sugar: 0.75 cup
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • baking soda: 1 tsp
  • butter, at room temperature: 0.5 cup
  • ½ cups raisins: 1 piece
  • ½ cups buttermilk, at room temperature: 1 piece
  • eggs, at room temperature: 3 piece

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
