This Caesar salad dressing recipe is the best I have ever tasted! It has a wonderful, rich taste thanks to anchovies, garlic, lemon, mustard, and Parmesan. Serve with crusty Italian bread for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • garlic: 6 clove (peeled, divided)
  • mayonnaise: 0.75 cup
  • Parmesan cheese: 6 Tbsp (divided, grated)
  • anchovy fillets: 5 piece (minced)
  • lemon juice: 1 Tbsp (to taste)
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp
  • Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • olive oil: 0.25 cup
  • day-old bread: 4 cups (cubed)
  • head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces: 1 piece
