Bourbon shrimps in a bacon blanket… The name of this dish sounds very intriguing and unbelievably tasty! The dish contains several ingredients only, so, cooking it is not a problem!
- shrimp : 6 piece (large)
- bacon : 3 piece (cut into halves)
- rosemary : 1 piece
- Bourbon : 1 Tbsp
- black pepper : 1 pinch (freshly ground)
Stages of cooking
Start cooking the dish with peeling the shrimps. Put them into a bowl. Then chop rosemary and dredge the shrimps with it. Add freshly cracked pepper on both sides of the shrimps. Then sprinkle them with bourbon and leave for one hour to marinade.
As soon as the shrimps have marinated, wrap each of them into slices of bacon. Use a toothpick to hold shrimps and bacon together.
Broil the shrimps wrapped in bacon for about 5-7 minutes on both sides. The ingredients should be well-cooked.
