Bread machine focaccia dough made with garlic and rosemary is brushed with oil and sprinkled with more rosemary, resulting in an incredibly delicious flatbread. This is fantastic with olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a little grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Ingredients

  • lukewarm water: 1 cup
  • olive oil: 4 Tbsp (divided)
  • garlic: 2 tsp (chopped)
  • bread flour: 3 cups
  • ½ tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary: 1 piece (divided)
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ½ teaspoons active dry yeast: 1 piece
