These Buffalo chicken bites are always in demand at any football get-together. You can make the bites and use any type of sauce you want. Personally, I like to take a quarter cup of barbecue sauce and a quarter cup of hot sauce and mix it together.

Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour: 1 cup
  • cayenne pepper: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 1 tsp
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • vegetable oil: 1 cup
  • skinless, boneless chicken breast halves: 1 pound (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • hot sauce: 0.25 cup
  • garlic: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • butter: 1 tsp
