Ingredients

  • butter: 2 Tbsp
  • green bell pepper: 0.5 piece (chopped)
  • red bell pepper: 0.5 piece (chopped)
  • Bermuda onion: 0.5 piece (sliced)
  • baby portobello mushrooms: 7 piece (sliced)
  • beef tip: 0.5 pound
  • egg substitute: 0.5 cup

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion and portobello mushrooms. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
