  • paprika: 1 tsp
  • ground cardamom: 1 tsp
  • ground coriander: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • grapeseed oil: 0.25 cup
  • maple syrup: 2 Tbsp
  • salmon fillet: 1 piece (2 pound, cut into 3-inch pieces)

  1. Stir salt, paprika, cardamom, coriander, and black pepper together in a bowl. Add oil and maple syrup; stir until evenly combined.
