This baked carrot cake is not only tasty but also very health-giving. Pay attention to this diet friendly cake, you must like it.
- sugar : 1 Tbsp (per taste)
- raisins : 100 g
- nuts : 100 g
- pineapple : 200 g
- carrot : 6 piece
- olive oil : 2 Tbsp
- egg : 4 piece
- cinnamon : 1 pinch
- nutmeg : 1 pinch
- salt : 1 pinch
- baking powder : 1 tsp
- oatmeal : 400 g
Stages of cooking
Dip raisins into hot water and leave for 5-7 minutes. Pour out the water and dry raisins with a napking.
Rinse and peel carrot. Then grate.
Puree pineapples, you may replace them with apples or any other fruit.
Whisk eggs, add salt and sugar per taste, if fruits are sweet, don’t add it at all.
Now mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg, mix all this with egg and carrot. Add raisins, nuts and pineapple.
Mix properly until smooth.
Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (355F) degrees for 50 minutes.
When the cake is cooked, cool it and then slice and serve!
