Try this granola recipe for maple-flavored granola with nuts, seeds, and dried fruit — it's delicious over yogurt! Store cooled granola in an airtight container until ready to use.

  • packed brown sugar: 0.25 cup
  • maple syrup: 3 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ½ cups rolled oats: 1 piece
  • almonds: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • raw pumpkin seeds: 0.5 cup
  • coconut: 0.33333 cup (shredded)
  • currants: 0.5 cup (dried)

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone liner.
