A basic recipe for nachos with refried beans that can be modified to anything you have on hand, including leftovers!

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips: 1 pack (14.5 ounce pack)
  • refried beans: 1 can (16 ounce can)
  • skinless, boneless chicken breast halves: 2 piece (cut into bite-size pieces, cooked)
  • canned jalapeno pepper slices: 1 cup
  • ounces shredded Cheddar cheese: 12 piece

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Pour tortilla chips onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread refried beans over the chips. Layer on chicken and jalapenos. Top with Cheddar cheese.
