A wonderful pumpkin pie, very soft with delicate aroma and structure, it really melts in your mouth! The pie doesn't have the taste and smell of pumpkin, which is especially pleasent in pumpkin pies.
- pumpkin : 400 g
- whole-wheat flour : 250 g
- sugar : 200 g
- vegetable oil : 100 ml
- egg : 2 piece
- baking powder : 2 tsp
- vanilla sugar : 2 tsp
- lemon zest : 1 Tbsp
- cocoa powder : 25 g
Stages of cooking
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into large pieces. Bake in the microwave until soft, about 5-10 minutes. You can also bake it in the oven. Or pour a small amount of water and stew until completely soft. Prepared pumpkin mash with a blender and cool.
Divide the mashed pumpkin in half in two different containers.

Add sugar, butter, egg, lemon zest, and salt to pumpkin puree.
Add flour, mixed with baking powder, whisk a little bit, just until smooth.
Now we are preparing chocolate dough. All the same ingredient, just add cocoa (mix it with flour) and not use lemon zest.
Here are two kinds of dough.
Take a baking dish and use two different tablespoons for yellow and brown dough. Slightly stir but don't let the mess become smooth.
Put in a preheated oven to 170 degrees, bake for about 40-60 minutes.
