Ingredients

  • ounces processed cheese (such as Velveeta®): 16 piece (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • whole milk: 1 cup
  • no-bean chili (such as Hormel®): 1 can (15 ounce can)
  • lime juice (from 1 lime): 1 Tbsp (fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoons chili powder: 1 piece
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika: 1 piece
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin: 1 piece
  • kosher salt: 1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper: 0.25 tsp
  • white onion: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
  • fresh cilantro: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
  • yellow or white corn tortilla chips: 1 pack (9 ounce pack)
  • salsa: (for serving)
