Chicken is rolled and stuffed with ham and cheese. This is the best chicken cordon bleu recipe! I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

  • skinless, boneless chicken breasts: 8 piece
  • slices cooked ham: 8 piece
  • slices Swiss cheese, cut into 1 inch pieces: 4 piece
  • thyme: 1 tsp (dried)
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
  • butter: 0.25 cup (melted)
  • cornflakes cereal crumbs: 0.5 cup
  • condensed cream of chicken soup: 1 can (10.75 ounce can)
  • sour cream: 0.5 cup
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp
