Nachos made with canned corned beef hash. Yummy!

  • cooking spray:
  • corned beef hash: 1 can (15 ounce can)
  • nacho-flavor tortilla chips: 1 pack (14.5 ounce pack)
  • sharp Cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • black beans: 1 can (14 ounce can, drained)
  • salsa: 1 jar (8 ounce jar)
  • tomato: 1 piece (diced)
  • yellow onion: 1 piece (diced)
  • sour cream: 1 cup
  • black olives: 1 can (6 ounce can, sliced)
  • pickled jalapeno peppers: 0.25 cup

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add corned beef hash and saute until slightly caramelized, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat.

  3. Cover a metal cooking tray with nacho chips. Cover nacho chips with corned beef hash, Cheddar cheese, and black beans.
