This no-mayo tuna salad goes great with pita chips or whatever kind of cracker you like. A perfect snack packed with protein and vegetables. Easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • tuna in water: 2 cans (5 ounce cans, drained)
  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
  • white beans: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
  • cherry tomatoes: 18 piece (diced)
  • scallions: 4 piece (diced, to taste)
