Turkey Tetrazzini is a quick and easy way to turn leftover turkey into a family favorite.

  • white wine: 0.25 cup (optional)
  • cooked turkey: 2 cups (chopped)
  • condensed cream of mushroom soup: 1 can (10.5 ounce can)
  • sour cream: 1 cup
  • reduced-sodium chicken broth: 0.75 cup
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.5 cup (grated)
  • almonds: 0.5 cup (sliced, optional)
