This feta cheese omelet is delicious. Everyone who has tried it has loved it — and never expected it to turn out this good. Make sure the pan is well greased, or the sides will stick, and you won't be able to roll it.

  • eggs: 4 piece (beaten)
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • crumbled feta cheese: 3 Tbsp
  • milk: 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp

  1. In a small bowl, beat eggs and pepper together. In another small bowl, combine crumbled cheese with milk.

  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in eggs; tilt the pan until the bottom is evenly covered. When edges appear cooked, place feta mixture in a line in the center of eggs. Using a spatula, fold eggs over the top and bottom of cheese, then fold in the sides.
