This family-favorite pasta recipe with sour cream is a quick dish for working parents or anyone who is pressed for time.

Ingredients

  • penne pasta: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
  • butter: 2 Tbsp
  • white onion: 0.25 piece (chopped)
  • green bell pepper: 0.5 piece (chopped)
  • ground pork: 1 pound
  • spaghetti sauce: 1 jar (16 ounce jar)
  • sour cream: 1 cup

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
