Cheesy, pepperoni-topped pizzas with a crispy, chewy crust. The homemade dough is inspired by the famous 2-ingredient pizza doughs, with just a few more ingredients to add better flavor, and it's ready to top and bake in just 10 minutes.

  • self-rising flour: 2 cups (or more if needed)
  • ½ teaspoons white sugar: 1 piece
  • finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese: 2 Tbsp
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • plain Greek yogurt: 1 cup
  • water: 1 tsp (or as needed, optional)
  • cornmeal: 2 Tbsp (divided)
  • pizza sauce: 0.66667 cup (divided)
  • ounces low-moisture mozzarella cheese: 8 piece (shredded)
  • finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese: 0.25 cup (divided)
