Feta mashed potatoes with garlic, dried oregano, and rosemary add Mediterranean vibes to any meal.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Yukon Gold potatoes: 2 piece (cubed)
  • milk: 0.5 cup
  • crumbled feta cheese: 1 pack (4 ounce pack)
  • butter: 2 Tbsp
  • garlic: 3 clove (minced)
  • oregano: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • rosemary: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

  1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
