  • uncooked linguine: 1 pound
  • butter: 1 Tbsp
  • white wine: 3 Tbsp
  • garlic: 3 clove (minced)
  • Parmesan cheese, plus more: 2 tsp (for serving, grated)
  • fresh parsley: 1 tsp (for garnish, chopped)
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
  • medium shrimp: 1 pound (peeled and deveined)

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook linguine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
