Ingredients

  • honeydew melon: 2 cups (diced)
  • English (seedless) cucumber: 1 piece (diced)
  • onion: 1 piece (diced)
  • avocado: 1 piece (chopped)
  • jalapeno pepper, seeded and: 1 piece (chopped)
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (chopped)
  • white balsamic vinegar: 0.25 cup
  • lime juice: 1 Tbsp
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper: (to taste)
