Cook country-style ribs on the grill with this easy recipe. Been fixin' ribs for a long time and never had a complaint; they just kept comin' back for more.

Ingredients

  • Burgundy wine: 0.5 cup
  • barbeque sauce, plus more for basting: 0.25 cup
  • cider vinegar: 0.25 cup
  • hot pepper sauce: 0.25 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • prepared yellow mustard: 2 Tbsp
  • country-style pork ribs: 4 pound
  • onion powder: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder: 1 Tbsp

  1. Stir together wine, barbeque sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a bowl until well mixed. Place ribs in a baking dish; pour Burgundy wine mixture over ribs and coat thoroughly.
