This ham loaf was my mom's favorite recipe for Sunday dinner. We all loved it, and I'm sure you will, too. Ground ham is formed into a meatloaf and baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray:
  • ground ham: 2 pound
  • ½ pounds ground pork: 1 piece
  • bread crumbs: 1 cup (dried)
  • evaporated milk: 1 cup
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • salt: 0.125 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp
  • brown sugar: 1 cup
  • cider vinegar: 0.25 cup
  • mustard powder: 1 Tbsp
