Healthy and very quick salad of celery root, juicy apples and oily walnuts.
- celery root : 200 g
- apple : 200 g
- walnuts : 50 g
- sour cream : 100 g
- grapes : 100 g (green seedless grapes)
Stages of cooking
Peel celery, cut into thin strips.
Peel apples, cut into thin strips.
Walnuts cut into small pieces.
Put celery, apples, walnuts in a salad bowl.
Add sour cream, salt and mix.
Serve with grapes.
