Tender soup with different vegetables and chicken. Gentle and light soup, which is very easy to cook, with a rich and balanced taste. This dish is great for lunch or dinner.
- chicken breasts : 200 g
- cream : 200 ml
- potato : 200 g
- onion : 100 g
- wheat flour : 1 Tbsp
- salt : 1 Tbsp
- black pepper : 1 pinch
- oil : 2 Tbsp
- mixed vegetables : 200 g (mix of frozen vegetables)
Stages of cooking
Peel onions and chop it.
Peel potatoes and chop it.
Chop chicken breasts as well.
Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, wait until it boils.
Add potatoes, cook for 10 minutes after it starts boiling.
Warm up the pan with butter.
Put onion, mix, fry for about 5-7 minutes, until it becomes golden.
Add frozen vegetables mix, cook 5-7 min.
Add vegetables to the soup.
Add salt, pepper and cook 5 min.
In a separate bowl mix cream with flour, than add the mass to the soup, stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes after it starts boiling.
