This sirloin tip roast is intensely flavored with a homemade herb rub paste that will please the entire family.

Ingredients

  • ¼ tablespoons paprika: 1 piece
  • kosher salt: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • onion powder: 0.5 tsp
  • ground cayenne pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • oregano: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • thyme: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • sirloin tip roast: 1 piece (3 pound)

  1. Mix paprika, kosher salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme in a small bowl. Stir in olive oil; allow mixture to sit for about 15 minutes.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
