- champignons : 12 piece
- egg : 2 piece (boiled)
- hard cheese : 1 Tbsp
- green onion : 0.5 bunch
- white dry wine : 1 Tbsp
- butter : 1 Tbsp
- salt : 0.5 tsp
- black pepper : 1 pinch
- tomatoes : 1 piece
- parsley : 0.5 bunch

Prepare the ingredients
Chop boiled eggs and green onion. Then grate hard cheese.
Mix the ingredients with butter and wine. Add salt and pepper. Then mix everything once again thoroughly.
Peel and wash the caps of champignons.
Stuff them with the egg mixture.
Put the stuffed champignons on the frying pan and cook in the oven for about 25-30 minutes in the oven at 200 C (392 F).
Take the dish away from the oven as soon as it is ready and decorate it with slices of tomato and chopped parsley. Enjoy the appetizer!
