Chapati is one of healthy indian food recipes, bread made from wheat flour. They eat chapati, tearing off the pieces - they are dipped in sauces and use these slices as a spoon, grabbing pieces of various dishes.


  • whole-wheat flour : 240 g
  • wheat bran : 50 g
  • salt : 1 tsp
  • olive oil : 35 ml
  • water : 150 ml

Stages of cooking

  1. Combine flour with bran and salt in a bowl, pour in water in portions and knead the dough. Pour in the oil, knead again and leave for 40 minutes.

  2. Roll out the balls of dough until very thin like a tortill. Fry in a pan or bake in the oven at 230 degrees.

  3. For the filling, take chicken, cheese, greens, tomatoes, minced meat or spinach, whatever you want. Enjoy your meal!
