- whole-wheat flour : 240 g
- wheat bran : 50 g
- salt : 1 tsp
- olive oil : 35 ml
- water : 150 ml
Stages of cooking
Combine flour with bran and salt in a bowl, pour in water in portions and knead the dough. Pour in the oil, knead again and leave for 40 minutes.
Roll out the balls of dough until very thin like a tortill. Fry in a pan or bake in the oven at 230 degrees.
For the filling, take chicken, cheese, greens, tomatoes, minced meat or spinach, whatever you want. Enjoy your meal!
