These jalapeño popper pigs in a blanket are a first—I’ve seen jalapeño poppers and pigs in a blanket served many ways, but this combo together may be my favorite way to do both.

Ingredients

  • jalapeño peppers, cut in half lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed: 8 piece
  • ounces softened cream cheese: 4 piece
  • 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese: 1 piece
  • cocktail wieners, such as Hillshire Farms Lil Smokies®: 16 piece
  • crescent roll dough (8 count each): 2 packages (8 ounce packages)
